FilipinaLuv is a technology platform that enables users to create profiles, discover other users, and communicate with one another. The Platform does not provide matchmaking, introduction, or marriage brokerage services of any kind. The Platform does not arrange or facilitate relationships. All interactions are initiated and conducted solely by users at their own discretion. FilipinaLuv charges fees for access to platform features only — not for introductions, matches, or relationships.
To use FilipinaLuv you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and (c) comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. By registering, you confirm that you meet all of these requirements.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, their interactions with other users, and their conduct both on and off the Platform. FilipinaLuv makes reasonable efforts to verify that users are real people, but makes no guarantees regarding any user's identity, intent, or behaviour.
FilipinaLuv does not guarantee matches, relationships, or compatibility; the accuracy or completeness of user profiles; or the safety or conduct of any user. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

The Platform may offer paid features including messaging capabilities, profile visibility enhancements, and subscription services. All fees are charged for access to platform features only — not for introductions or relationships. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
You retain ownership of the content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant FilipinaLuv a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform and its associated social channels, and to moderate or remove content at its discretion.
FilipinaLuv reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate or unlawful, at any time and without prior notice.
FilipinaLuv is not responsible for user behaviour, offline meetings or interactions, or any damages arising from your use of the Platform. Users are strongly encouraged to exercise caution when interacting with others, and to never share financial information or send money to someone you have not met in person.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FilipinaLuv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FilipinaLuv and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
